Backstage God: When Faith meets Divine Hiddenness, is a book that, without filters, deals with those disorienting times when God seems to go under our spiritual radar and His felt presence mysteriously morphs into a subjective sense of his absence.
Why, at times, does He remain puzzlingly silent and distant from us? You will be surprised and encouraged to learn that even Biblical authors have asked that sort of question centuries before us.
Drawing from personal anecdotes, theological reflections, and biblical insights, the author explores the reasons behind divine silence and distance, offering an encouraging perspective on this commonly puzzling divine attribute.
Simply put, it’s a book that aims to spark theological reflection, inspire readers to navigate potential crises of faith, and invite Christians to rediscover the One who, from behind the scenes, plays the leading role in their stories.
